Our children’s Birth Records are personalized with your child’s full name, birth date, time, weight and length and make a wonderful and unique addition to a nursery or bedroom. Each birth record features a reproduction of original art by Brenna Catalano and is sized to fit an 11x14 frame. The birth record comes double-matted in the colors of your choice (see image below for sample mat colors). Simply choose from our four mat combinations, select a font style (see list below) and provide us with the child’s full name and birth details.
